Reporting to the Customer Success Director and the Market Research Director, you will be in charge of Market Research projects, managing the whole project cycle (from the initial proposal requests, research design, preparation and review of questionnaires, all the way to the delivery of the final results). Support and back-up the Market Research Director
● Leadership skills as a project manager, with a strong analytical ability as well as account / customer success manager oversee continuous iterations/ feedback with your clients/ meetings, follow up of the subscriptions including creation of Research Plans, inspiring your clients by sharing use cases, proposals of projects.
● Be 100% autonomous in all cycle: define the project design based on clients’ briefing, preparing budgets and winning proposals, understand our clients’ objectives and translate them into short -but getting to the point- questionnaires, and analyzing results + creation of reporting using storytelling and providing with actionable insights.
● Continuous training to your clients on the platform (new features, how to optimize their projects with Zinklar, etc.)
● Being expert on AI (applied to market research), multivariate analysis techniques and ability to run analysis such as driver analysis, segmentation, or mappings; knowledge of Conjoint Analysis or MaxDiff will be valued in the recruitment process.
Previous experience of minimum 6 years as a Quantitative Research Manager in a large or medium-sized consultancy or Market Research company.
● Excellent communicator (orally and writing).
● Wide experience in ad-hoc projects: U&A, segmentation, claims/ideas/concept test, add test, brand health, etc.
● Excellent handling of Excel, PowerPoint. XLSTAT or SPSS will be valued.
● English: fluent English
