Our Compliance team plays a key role in ensuring that all business activities adhere to local and international regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity. As a Regional Finance Manager - LATAM , you will be responsible for supporting audits, tax compliance, and finance system integration. We're looking for a hands-on, tax-savvy accountant or finance manager based in LATAM. Key Responsibilities Own the local accounting and tax compliance in 3–5 LATAM countries (SAT, ARCA, DIAN, SUNAT, Receita Federal, etc.) Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors across jurisdictions Prepare and review monthly closings, VAT filings, and statutory returns Maintain updated tax calendars and ensure zero penalty compliance Prepare audit-ready financial packages and assist in PBC response Ensure accurate data delivery and policy implementation under global audit Collaborate with NetSuite implementation teams for local configuration Support HQ team with regional consolidation and tax compliance matters Requirements Accounting/Finance/Tax background with 7+ years of experience, ideally across multiple LATAM countries Strong knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and cross-border transactions Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus) Independent, reliable, and proactive — able to push projects with minimal supervision Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote-first, cross-border team Bonus: Experience working with NetSuite, or Bitwave What We Value A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
