Our Compliance team plays a key role in ensuring that all business activities adhere to local and international regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.As a Regional Finance Manager - LATAM, you will be responsible for supporting audits, tax compliance, and finance system integration. We're looking for a hands-on, tax-savvy accountant or finance manager based in LATAM.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the local accounting and tax compliance in 3–5 LATAM countries (SAT, ARCA, DIAN, SUNAT, Receita Federal, etc.)Coordinate with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors across jurisdictionsPrepare and review monthly closings, VAT filings, and statutory returnsMaintain updated tax calendars and ensure zero penalty compliancePrepare audit-ready financial packages and assist in PBC responseEnsure accurate data delivery and policy implementation under global auditCollaborate with NetSuite implementation teams for local configurationSupport HQ team with regional consolidation and tax compliance mattersRequirementsAccounting/Finance/Tax background with 7+ years of experience, ideally across multiple LATAM countriesStrong knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and cross-border transactionsFluent in English (Chinese is a plus)Independent, reliable, and proactive — able to push projects with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote-first, cross-border teamBonus: Experience working with NetSuite, or BitwaveWhat We ValueA proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.Curiosity to stay up-to-date with global compliance trends and evolving regulatory landscapes.Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement.
