"Únete a nuestro equipo como Talent Acquisition Analyst | Reforma, CDMX Gestionar y liderar procesos de reclutamiento 360 para perfiles operativos y administrativos 100%, garantizando una experiencia positiva para candidatos y clientes internos. Analizar y mejorar continuamente las métricas de reclutamiento (tiempo de contratación, calidad de candidatos, tasa de aceptación, etc.). Implementar herramientas y técnicas innovadoras para optimizar la búsqueda y selección de candidatos (headhunting, networking, plataformas digitales, etc.). Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y transformación digital del área de Talent Acquisition. Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en reclutamiento operativo y masivo principalmente. Uso de plataformas y fuentes de reclutamiento. Uso de Excel para creación de reportes. Uso de ATS. Experiencia en levantamiento de perfiles.
