Location: Mexico City Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field Experience: 7+ years in a similar role English Level: Advanced General Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) with a strong background leading strategic programs within complex organizations. This role is essential for ensuring that key business initiatives are executed with focus, alignment, and measurable outcomes, serving as the bridge between strategic vision and tactical execution across multiple PODs. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing dependencies, prioritizing activities, and ensuring that strategic objectives and OKRs are successfully achieved. Key Objectives Ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Act as the central coordinator for assigned programs. Prioritize initiatives according to business objectives. Resolve dependencies and ensure effective resource allocation. Main Responsibilities Serve as a bridge between strategic oversight (Portfolio Level) and tactical execution (POD Level). Coordinate and supervise a group of PODs within the same strategic initiative. Align and prioritize the backlog according to initiative objectives. Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting delivery. Define key roles and needs within PODs (PO, SMEs, etc.). Ensure achievement of OKRs established for each program. Primary Tasks Develop, update, and maintain the strategic initiative roadmap. Optimize resource allocation to maximize program efficiency. Track program performance, generating reports, metrics, and executive documentation. Conduct stakeholder mapping, ensuring alignment and continuous engagement. Foster a collaborative environment within PODs, promoting focus, clarity, and cooperation. Drive effective communication, strengthen team cohesion, and manage conflicts to maintain a results-oriented environment.
