However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly-based, and payments are calculated on the number of hours a person works daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $12,5 - $16 depending on level of experience. Job Summary:The Executive Sales Representative will support U.S based companies by engaging leads, building relationships, and helping drive revenue through a structured and consultative sales process. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, following up consistently, and working with clear goals. Candidates with experience in sales or other customer facing roles are encouraged to apply.Job Tasks:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, and CRM databases. Sales Conversations: CRM Management: Maintain accurate notes, activities, and follow ups in a CRM to keep the process organized. Qualifications:1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Organized, proactive, and willing to learn and improve. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Software:CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.)
