We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to support our Troy Michigan corporate HR team while working remotely from Mexico. Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and business requirements. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements across relevant jurisdictions. Utilize analytical skills to gather, process, and interpret HR data to provide insights, track key metrics, support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
