Sender Agency is a performance-focused creative and media agency that has spent the last seven years building and scaling e-commerce brands.  We have worked with blue chip and celebrity-backed companies including  Cacti by Travis Scott ,  Just Water by Will Smith ,  Alice Mushrooms , and brands backed by  Patrick Mahomes.

We have launched brands from zero and scaled existing ones past $20M in revenue. Media buying plays a critical role in that growth. We care about scale, but we care more about efficiency, signal quality, and decision-making grounded in data.

We are looking for a Senior Google Media Buyer who is deeply experienced across the Google ecosystem and operates at an elite level. This role is for someone who understands paid media at a strategic level, can manage meaningful spend responsibly, and knows how to turn complex data into clear direction.

This is not an entry-level buying role. You will be expected to own performance, guide strategy, and work closely with creative, design, and leadership.

Owning and scaling Google advertising accounts for e-commerce brands
Managing Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display campaigns
Interpreting large data sets and turning them into clear performance insights
Using Excel at an advanced level to analyze trends, performance, and efficiency
Testing systematically and making decisions based on signal, not guesswork
Communicating performance clearly to founders and internal stakeholders

You are a senior-level media buyer with deep experience in Google Ads
You are highly proficient across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display
You are exceptional with Excel and use it to turn data into a narrative
You think in systems, not hacks, and understand media in a broader context
You communicate clearly and professionally in English
This role is best suited for someone operating in the top tier of Google buyers who understands both the technical and strategic sides of paid media.

This is a performance-driven environment with high standards and a strong sense of accountability.

Richard has worked on the global marketing team at Levi’s and led creative and content at Chubbies. His background is rooted in brand, positioning, and creative strategy.

Alan has spent his career in VC-backed media and technology companies. Together, they bring a balanced perspective across brand, performance, and execution.

Hours are full time, Monday through Friday, with working hours aligned to East Coast or Central Time
This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a paid test or case exercise to ensure alignment on strategic thinking, data analysis, and execution.

You will influence how brands scale, how budgets are allocated, and how performance decisions are made.
