Resumen:

Apoya el desarrollo, implementación, administración y operación de programas, prácticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos (RRHH). Aborda preguntas e inquietudes de empleados y gerentes sobre políticas/programas de recursos humanos. Garantiza que todos los sistemas, documentación y registros sean precisos, se mantengan actualizados y cumplan con los requisitos reglamentarios. Las áreas de especialización incluyen gestión del desempeño, compensación y beneficios, así como desarrollo organizacional . Entrena y asesora a los líderes y empleados sobre las políticas y prácticas aplicables. Es responsable de diseñar nuevos programas y procesos para abordar las cuestiones/problemas comerciales identificados.

Actividades y responsabilidades del rol

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la dirección en el desarrollo, implementación y ejecución de iniciativas de recursos humanos.
  • Facilita los esfuerzos de desarrollo de los empleados, la organización y el liderazgo.
  • Proporciona consultoría y soluciones prácticas de recursos humanos en distintas áreas, incluido el diseño organizacional, la gestión del cambio, la cultura y el compromiso de los empleados, la gestión del talento y el desempeño, el desarrollo profesional y de liderazgo, la retención, y la alineación de roles/compensación/incentivos.
  • Se asocia eficazmente con el liderazgo de los grupos de clientes asignados y recomienda soluciones que mejoran el rendimiento empresarial.
  • Impulsa el proceso de crecimiento del talento para los grupos de clientes asignados, consulta y capacita a la gerencia sobre la creación de planes de desarrollo.
    • Guía la planificación de la sucesión
    • Entiende y analiza las capacidades organizacionales dentro de los grupos de clientes asignados, desarrolla e implementa de manera proactiva mejoras en el diseño y la estructura organizacional para respaldar la ejecución de la estrategia comercial.
    • Proporciona entrenamiento y apoyo a los gerentes sobre elementos de acción correctiva, incluidos planes de mejora del desempeño/ disciplina y desvinculaciones laborales.
    • Asesora a la organización y a los socios con asesoría legal sobre asuntos de cumplimiento relacionados con las leyes laborales locales.
    • Mantiene el conocimiento de los requisitos legales con respecto al empleo con el objetivo de mitigar el riesgo y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la Compañía.

    Trabaja directamente con el equipo de recursos humanos local y global para comprender los programas a nivel corporativo y brindar comentarios sobre los impactos específicos de la cuenta/geografía.
