## The Role You'll own SEO strategy and execution across our portfolio of law firm clients. This isn't a "set it and forget it" position—you'll be leading a team, running tests, and constantly pushing for better results in one of the most competitive search landscapes that exists. **What you'll do:** Lead and develop a team of SEO specialists, setting priorities, providing mentorship, and maintaining quality across all client accounts Develop and execute SEO strategies for traditional search, AI-powered search platforms, local pack domination, and voice search Design, run, and analyze SEO experiments to stay ahead of algorithm changes and discover competitive advantages Own client SEO performance end-to-end, from technical audits to content strategy to link building Translate complex SEO concepts into clear reporting that demonstrates ROI in terms clients care about (cases, not clicks) Collaborate with PPC, content, and web design teams to ensure integrated campaigns Stay current with search industry changes and proactively adapt strategies—especially as AI transforms how people find legal services ---## What We're Looking For **Experience:**5+ years in SEO with demonstrated results in competitive industries 2+ years managing and developing SEO team members Expert-level understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link building Proven track record of designing and executing SEO tests that led to measurable improvements Experience with enterprise SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) Familiarity with AI search optimization and how LLMs are changing search behavior **The qualities that matter most to us:****Proactive problem-solving:** You surface issues and opportunities before anyone asks.
