About LionHead Digital LionHead Digital is a fast-growing U.S. based digital marketing agency specializing in SEO for law firms, web design, Google Business Profile optimization, and Local Service Ads. We operate at a fast pace, we obsess over results, and we pride ourselves on building strong systems that help our legal clients dominate their markets.As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact between internal agency team members and agency clients. Be client-facing to speak to timing, deliverables, and metrics -- managing internal resources and ensuring projects stay on track with the timeline to meet the deadline. Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews Taking ownership of your account performance, you'll be forward-thinking in your approach. Reporting and Analysis: Run and review monthly reports (SEO, PPC, ROI). Present data-driven insights (SEO vs. PPC, cost per lead). Project Management: Manage client tasks and projects in ClickUp. Discuss client strategy with the SEO Director on a bi-weekly basis. Attend weekly CEO/Operations meetings and bi-weekly team meetings Offboard clients, including surveys and communication. Guide clients to grant access to required tools (Google Analytics, GSC, etc.). 3 years of digital marketing experience (ideally in a client-facing role at a marketing agency)~ Confidence to work independently and efficiently over Zoom meetings with clients to discuss marketing reporting. ~ Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions while maintaining the highest standard of quality ~ Basic understanding of Digital Marketing ~ Experience with ClickUp Experience in digital marketing or tech Background in operations, project management, or finance Experience supporting CEOs or entrepreneurs 100 percent remote work ~ Performance based bonuses ~ Training, career development, and support ~
