Coordinate the logistics quality function with focus on customer and supplier complaint management, logistics FMEA, improvement of logistics processes and work instructions. Additionally, coaching of LOG associates in Quality methodologies, focus on problem solving.
Management of Logistics-FMEA and control plans (15%)
Complaint management incl. JuP1/LOG internal follow-up with (8Ds, QCs, PSS, PDCAs) (25%)
Q2 complaint management with JuP1 material suppliers (10%)
General topics (Detective controls, data retention, compliance, etc.) (Advanced English
Experience in quality methods and tools (FMEA, 8D, IQIS, Q2, PDCA, PSS)
