**Job Responsabilities**
- Ensure product quality meets customer requirements by monitoring and addressing production issues.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and processes.
- Define, measure, and monitor statistical controls in quality areas.
- Monitor quality failures in the CQC area, track the effectiveness of corrective measures, and provide feedback to quality personnel.
- Prepare work procedures, visual aids, and quality alerts.
- Manage customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage risk and opportunity matrices (FMEAs).
- Oversee the receipt and certification of raw materials and suppliers.
- Lead and develop continuous improvement projects and methodologies.
- Control and execute validation processes.
- Analyze and monitor customer complaints, and track quality issues identified by IPQC, CQC, IQC, and FA.
- Monitor New Product Introduction (NPI) runs.
- Develop and update departmental procedures.
- Conduct internal audits of quality, environmental, R2, safety, and occupational health management systems.
- Follow up on supplier field information and issues raised by IQC.
- Manage process validation folders and organize related meetings.
- Perform special tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
- Supervise IQC areas directly.
- Report weekly performance metrics through graphs.
- Participate in occupational safety training and development activities.

**Special Knowledge**:

- Understanding of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
- Experience with product transfers, New Product Introduction (NPI), and process validation.
- Knowledge of testing electronic equipment (e.g., notebooks, cell phones, radios).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles within electronic equipment-oriented organizations.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and extensive knowledge of repair processes.

**Competencies and Abilities**:

- Proficient in English (technical and conversational) with a fluency level of 80% or higher.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Proactive attitude with good verbal and written communication skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
