Proof of brand and platform Paid ads across YouTube and Meta Monthly ad budgets from $20k to $50k+ Organic growth strategy across YouTube and video platforms YouTube channel growth including ideation, titles, thumbnails, and packaging Creative direction for editors, designers, and contractors You understand organic growth and video strategy and know how to grow a YouTube channel beyond posting content randomly. You are comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and want responsibility, ownership, and upside. Early-career marketers • Remote • This role has a clear path into senior leadership.
