Location: Remote in Mexico

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our Mexico logistics services. As a Sales Account Manager, you will drive sales growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the logistics industry.

  • Identify and target potential customers in the Mexican market to create new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering tailored logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and propose solutions.
  • Prepare insightful reports and sales forecasts, highlighting achievements and opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software and tools to track activities and facilitate communication.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development/account executive role in Logistics and Transportation.
  • Proven success in acquiring new business.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and address clients' business challenges and goals.
  • Familiarity with logistics industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and customer success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mexican market, including key industries, players, and regulations.
