Descripción resumida del trabajo:Planifica tácticamente a corto y mediano plazo, administra recursos, participa en forma activa y sugiere cambios en los procesos vinculados a los Servicios. Debe garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normas, procedimientos internos e externos, obedeciendo las políticas generales y de recursos humanos de Ingersoll.
Responsabilidades:Sistema de Gestión de Calidad
ü Cumplir y mantener el compromiso con la Política de Calidad de la empresa.
ü Conocer y cumplir los Procedimientos Estándar de su área.
ü Mantener los documentos del área (Procedimientos, formularios y otros) siempre actualizados, estandarizados y controlados en el SGQ (Código único de documento, nº revisión y fechas de aprobación).
ü Participar en las auditorías Internas y Externas cuando se requiera.
ü Analizar y corregir los casos de no conformidad (cuando se presenten), implementando soluciones para sus respectivas correcciones/eliminación.
Gestión de Personas
ü Cumplir con todas las etapas del proceso de Evaluación de Desempeño de Ingersoll Rand
ü Cumplir con todas las etapas del proceso TMS (PMP Objectives Settings, Development Plan, Mid Year Review, Year End Review, Calibration, Merit System) dentro del plazo establecido.
ü Participar en todos los entrenamientos obligatorios de Ingersoll Rand dentro del plazo establecido.
ü Planificar el desarrollo propio, realizando los entrenamientos disponible en el sistema LMS y formular el Plan de Desarrollo junto con su gestor.
Gestión de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente
ü Seguir y cumplir las normas y políticas de seguridad y medio ambiente individuales, estructura e información.
ü Contribuir con los objetivos de seguridad de la empresa y mejora de desempeño en EHS.
ü Mantener la limpieza y organización de su puesto de trabajo - 5S
ü Participar, promover y estimular campañas internas de información y educación que tengan como objetivo la conservación del medio ambiente.
Gestión de Controles Internos y Compliance
ü Leer y actuar de acuerdo al Código de Conducta de la Compañía
ü Contactar a la Central de Ética en caso de que tenga conocimiento de cualquier irregularidad que involucre a Ingersoll Rand.
ü Utilizar los recursos tecnológicos (correo electrónico, Internet, teléfono celular, impresora, etc. …) de la empresa de manera adecuada.
ü Respetar las políticas Generales de la Compañía y también aquellas específicas de su área.
ü No compartir contraseñas de la red, ni accesos a los sistemas.
ü Mantener el profesionalismo evitando situaciones que puedan denigrar la imagen de la empresa, cuando se encuentre de viaje o en actividades fuera de las instalaciones de la Compañía.
ü Evitar cualquier transacción que pueda generar o ser interpretada como Conflicto de Intereses.
ü Respetar el límite de aprobación (LOA) de valores de la Compañía.
ü Realizar los entrenamientos y cursos obligatorios de Ingersoll Rand
ü Mantener información confidencial de los empleados, clientes o proveedores en un lugar seguro y si fuera posible cerrado con llave.
ü Utilizar de forma racional los recursos financieros puestos a disposición por la empresa.
Calificaciones: Exp de 1 a 3 años
Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, mecatrónica o electrónica.
Certificación Profesional Thermo King
Curso superior en ingeniería
Inglés con nivel intermedio
Conocimientos de electricidad, mecánica diésel, refrigeración y CLP.
Informática a nivel de usuario
