Objective Coordinate, plan and control the flow of materials and finished goods from suppliers to end customer, ensuring compliance with the USA client and Italy corporate. Key Responsibilities: Logistics and Customs Manage and coordinate ocean freight from Asia and Europe Oversee customs processes, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations (Incoterms, rules of origin) Manage foreign trade programs Coordinate ground logistics for exports to the USA and the local market Demand Planning and Supply Chain Production planning, ensuring material availability and production capacity to meet customer objectives. Implement S&OP strategies Inventory Management Optimize raw material and finished product inventory levels Control and manage consignment materials Implement inventory strategies to mitigate risks and disruptions in the supply chain Education Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related. Experience 3–5 years in logistics, customer service, MRP, planning and team supervision. Knowledge Advanced Excel, ERP, MRP, inventory control, production scheduling. Soft Skills Leadership, Analysis, Communication, Negotiation, Decision making. KPIs OTD, Freight cost budget compliance, DOH, Inventory Cost.
