You will be accountable for commercial performance, with direct accountability for sales to key strategic clients. Experience optimizing "selling time" and driving high-performance behaviors. Sales Management: Mastery of revenue forecasting and pipeline management. Ability to identify and fix pipeline bottlenecks using key commercial metrics. Expert at using customer insights to scope briefs, deliver high-value projects, and achieve client objectives. Proficient in data interpretation, Category Management, and assortment analytics. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent English Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and landing new CPG opportunities through a proactive, insight-driven commercial plan. Ensure all sales activities are internally consistent and perfectly aligned with global corporate strategy and leadership behaviors. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships at senior levels, acting as a strategic consultant to achieve both client and company objectives.
