TATA* is looking for VDI Automation Support. Location: Availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX; hybrid mode. Experience: +3 years Required skills: Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using PowerShell. Manage and query databases using SQL for reporting and analytics. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation. Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) when needed. Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs. Technical requirements: Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using PowerShell. Manage and query databases using SQL for reporting and analytics. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
