Company Description Immunocine Cancer Center is dedicated to delivering revolutionary immunotherapy for cancer patients who are ineligible for FDA clinical trials. Our innovative Immunocine Dendritic Cell Therapy (IDCT) utilizes a unique "double load" process to activate the body’s immune system with precision targeting of cancer cells. Backed by over 20 years of research and ongoing FDA trials, this cutting-edge therapy offers a less invasive treatment option for various types of cancer. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Nutritionist specializing in oncology, based in Cancún, ROO. The Clinical Nutritionist will support cancer patients by developing tailored nutritional plans to align with their treatment goals. Responsibilities include conducting nutritional assessments, providing nutritional counseling, creating personalized strategies for medical nutrition therapy, reviewing and discussing various supplements as adjunct options, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the patients’ quality of life and overall health outcomes through nutritional intervention. Strong foundation in dietetics and general nutrition principles Demonstrated proficiency in medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients Ability to assess individual patient needs and develop customized nutrition plans Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field is required; Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Nutrition, Dietetics, Cancer Biology, or a related field is highly desirable Prior clinical nutrition experience, preferably in oncology or chronic disease care Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
