We're building content for the most passionate sports fans across NBA, NFL, Combat Sports, Golf, Olympics, NASCAR, and more. About the Role We're hiring a Social Media Associate (Twitter-focused) to manage and grow our Twitter (X) presence for U.S. sports audiences. This role is for someone who understands Twitter deeply — how conversations move, how trends form, and how to create buzz through timely, sharp, and engaging content. You'll be responsible for driving engagement, sparking conversations, and building a strong brand voice through tweets, threads, replies, and trend-led content around major U.S. sports. Key Responsibilities Own and manage Twitter (X) accounts end-to-end Publish high-frequency tweets, threads, polls, and reactive content Write sharp, engaging, and conversational copy aligned with Twitter culture Create buzz around live games, breaking news, viral moments, and trending topics Ideate and execute Twitter-first content (takes, questions, debates, memes, quote tweets) Drive engagement through replies, conversations, community interactions, and quote tweets Track and jump on trending hashtags, topics, and formats in real time Collaborate with editorial teams to turn stories into high-performing Twitter content Experiment with multiple content styles to grow reach, impressions, and engagement Monitor analytics such as impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth Share insights on what's working and help refine Twitter strategy continuously What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience handling Twitter (X) accounts for brands, pages, or communities Strong understanding of Twitter algorithms, trends, and engagement mechanics Proven experience creating buzz and engagement on Twitter Excellent writing skills with a strong command of English and internet-first tone Deep interest in U.S. sports (NBA, NFL, Combat Sports, Golf, Olympics, NASCAR, etc.) Ability to think fast, react quickly, and post in real time during live events Familiarity with memes, sports Twitter culture, and viral formats Comfortable working independently in a remote setup A proactive mindset — curious, experimental, and always online Perks 100% remote work Flexible working hours Opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing global sports media brands High ownership, real impact, and exposure to large-scale digital audiences
