We're looking for ahighly technical Engineering Managerto lead the teams and architecture behindSearch, Navigation, and Product Discovery experiencesfor a large-scale e-commerce platform. This role sits at the intersection ofengineering leadership, architecture, and product, owning a critical domain that directly impacts conversion, performance, and customer experience.

What you'll do

Lead thetechnical strategy and architecturefor Search & Discovery across web and mobile platforms Own core discovery experiences: search results, category/landing pages, navigation, filters, relevance, and recommendations Partner closely with Product to drivedata-driven decisions, experimentation, and measurable business impact Scale and mentor high-performing engineering teams (including distributed teams) Ensure high standards inperformance, scalability, and user experienceWhat we're looking for Strong background as anEngineering Manager with deep technical roots Experience owning aproduct or platform domain end-to-end Solid understanding ofmodern frontend architectures(React, TypeScript, micro-frontends) Experience working withAPIs, distributed systems, and platform teams Exposure toSearch, Discovery, Personalization, or Recommendation systems(e-commerce or marketplaces strongly preferred) Comfortable working withmetrics, experimentation, and business KPIsNice to have Experience in large-scale e-commerce or marketplaces Hands-on background earlier in your career (you don't need to code daily now)
