Assisting the business function and/or Business Excellence Centers, as a Trade & Transportation Specialist, you will ensure that goods are shipped while meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. In this role you will maintain and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize product and material deliveries.
This position reports toTransport, Management Center(TMC)Manager
Your responsibilities- Material movement and scheduling.
- Preparing and updating the monthly logistics schedule to ensure deliveries to production locations and coordinating product delivery schedules with customers.
- Track finished goods and raw materials, and rerouting freight to meet demand and minimize costs.
- Working with transport service providers and brokers to effectively execute processes, assisting in obtaining permits, and preparing proper documentation.
- Bachelor´s Degree in International Business, International trade or similar.
- Two to three years of experience in Logistics, shipments.
- Experience in Import and Export process.
- Knowledge in international trade and customs regulations.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience working with some ERP.
- Experience working with SAP is desirable.
- Knowledge in controlled premises operations is desirable.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
