Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (completed). 3+ years of experience in a Welding Engineer role. Hands-on experience with MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding processes.
Experience
in Friction Stir Welding and Spot Welding. Knowledge and application of AWS codes and standards. AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – highly desirable. Conversational English.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and optimize welding processes to meet quality and production requirements. Ensure compliance with AWS standards across welding operations. Support continuous improvement activities and root cause analysis for welding-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
