We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support Community Programs. This role is ideal for someone with experience in event coordination, program operations, and stakeholder communication , who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate virtual events end to end, including scheduling, calendar invites, reschedules, and cancellations.
Manage communications with internal audiences, presenters, and stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain documentation, templates, and assets in SharePoint.
Host PGI sessions using Microsoft Teams and support presenters during live events.
Conduct post-event follow-ups, collecting feedback and documenting lessons learned.
Provide operational support to the broader community program team as needed.

Required Qualifications
~4+ years of experience in event coordination, program operations, customer support, or a related role.
~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
~ Very strong English proficiency (written and verbal) for professional stakeholder communication.
~ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, calendar management).
