MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate Business Manager to join our team in Querétaro .
MIGSO-PCUBED is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering project, program, & portfolio management as a service. We are a global team of about 3,000 expert consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. We work across industries like Aerospace and Automotive. Every day, we support our clients by steering major projects and programs, optimizing their project portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to develop and expand our business and your network while fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across different industries.
As a Business Manager, you'll master the art of juggling three essential elements of our organization:
~ Business Development: Keep the business development beat going strong. You'll build your portfolio, identify growth opportunities, manage the scope of activity by building relationships with key account customers, and sell premier Project Management services.
~ Partner with our Talent Acquisition Team to interview and hire top candidates to support and develop your Hub’s consultant team. Profit Center Management: Ensure project success alongside your consultants, Delivery Managers, and clients. Manage revenue growth and profitability objectives of your business unit while guaranteeing client satisfaction. You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (preferred), with 3-6 years of experience in service sales or client account management.
You're fluent in English, verbal and written.
You have experience closing large scale business deals with enterprise level organizations.
You have a keen interest in the various industrial projects and the challenges of different sectors.
You love solving customers’ critical problems with our project management services and solutions.
Ideally, you have some Project Management experience. You’re business-minded, results-oriented, and possess the self-discipline, consistency, and desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams.
