Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews in Spanish and English
Coordinating with hiring managers and tracking recruitment processes
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in recruitment
Proven experience hiring tech profiles (developers, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
Knowledge of the full recruitment cycle
Intermediate to advanced English (able to hold calls, conduct interviews, and write professional emails)
Experience with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter
General understanding of Agile methodologies or internal IT processes
100% remote position
