Senior Change Manager Randstad Sourceright is a global talent leader, providing solutions and expertise that help companies position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility. Key offerings include Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Statement of Work (SOW) and Blended Workforce Solutions. Randstad Sourceright offers solutions Globally as well as regional programs as required. The Senior Change Manager role sits as part of the program implementation division and focuses on partnering with clients in the Americas and globally. Experience: Reasonable (e.g. not just months) experience in the recruitment industry, agency or MSP/RPO/SOW or significant internal TA experience. Large amount of change management experience. Experience leading change management initiatives for large organizations Knowledge: Good understanding of recruitment industry best practice, either agency, MSP, RPO and/or SOW. Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful change management Understanding of project delivery and workstream management within a fast-paced business environment Change Management certification (Prosci or comparable) highly preferred Skills needed: Strong and open communicator, both verbal and written. Advanced skills, able to influence leaders. Hands on working mentality and attention to detail Leadership capabilities Ability to "think and act promptly" Strong planning and organizational skills combined with task and time management skills, positively influenced under time pressure Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability to move from one project to another, ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously Managing client relationships with excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and excellent understanding of the client’s needs; ability to manage the change management aspect during implementation of new solutions Sensitive in working and managing virtual teams Ability to facilitate workstream meetings, lead capability uplift or deliver training
