Our mission is to foster prosperity for all.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING***As a dynamic Change Manager, you'll oversee Change Management processes and workflow, as well as support the implementation of various technologies across PRE and PRO environments. Your responsibilities will include:- SW and Infrastructure Change Management in PRE and PRO environments- Coordinating Technical and Development Teams- Ensuring adherence to the Implementation Methodology established at SCIB- Developing documentation to support team work and evolution- Experience in incident resolution and log review**EXPERIENCE***Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.**EDUCATION**A degree in Computer Science is desirable.**SKILLS***- Experience in customer interaction and managing conference calls- Strong communication skills and initiative- Knowledge of ITIL- Experience with Office 365- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Collaboration and teamwork abilities- Adaptability and willingness to learn- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, PowerBI, Confluence, Sharepoint, Urbancode, Shellscript, Banksphere, HOST, and medium level knowledge of UNIX**LANGUAGES***English proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have:- Basic level knowledge in ServiceNow, PowerBI, Confluence, Sharepoint, Urbancode, Shellscript, Banksphere, and HOST?- ¿Cuáles son tus expectativas salariales y dónde te encuentras ubicado?
