The Production Supervisor will support the Ariat Apparel Production team on development and production tracking. This position will be based in Puebla, Mexico. The person in this role must be bilingual (English and Spanish speaking).

You’ll Make a Difference By

  • Managing GTM (go to market calendar), tracking the due dates on every stage. All preproduction approvals are on time.
  • Must manage day to day development issues and call outs from suppliers, can incur on calendar slide, tracking status. Interaction with Mexico Tech development
  • Mockups revision: interaction with the vendor to highlight issues before shipment to SL team.
  • Partnering with suppliers from smooth transitions from development to production.
  • Coordinating Risk assessment meetings with suppliers,
  • Managing calendar with supplier: PSR follow up (able to call out potential delays due to raw materials issues).
  • Following up with supplier’s internal procedures been accomplished: fabric inspection, pilot run, initial wash load, shade band approval, Tops.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in denim: raw material and finished product.
  • Strong ability to proactively troubleshoot and recommend solutions to problems.
  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.
  • Self-motivated and can work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team environment.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with outstanding follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and work independently of supervision.
  • Fast acting and capable of adapting quickly to change.
  • Proficient use of MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).

The salary range for this position is $3,090 - $3,475 USD per month .

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance options and 401k.
