Objective of job:

  • Supervise the control activities of Production (IPST), Warehouse of modules and finished product (AULA).
  • Ensure the release of construction orders and ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate to identify and develop suggestions to improve, implement the determined actions.
  • Support other units in managing large-scale business tasks.
  • Lead (technically and disciplinary) a department with different / more complex functions
  • Carry out the planning and arrangement of the staffing, taking into account the objectives of the company
  • Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary action as necessary
  • Ensure delivery and quality compliance through the efficient use of machinery, materials and equipment, in accordance with the planning / production control criteria and characteristics
  • Ensure quality tests on parts based on test plans, technical drawings and work instructions (regarding function, integrity, etc.), compare target / actual deviations as necessary.
  • Establish priorities within the established times and objectives
  • Perform change and operations planning
  • Reorganize work processes and work team in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
  • Develop / support improvements in IT processes, equipment and systems
  • Ensure compliance with process and procedure directives
  • Monitoring of safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of the legislation.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Specialized Knowledge in Logistics or Logistic job experience
  • Experience 2-3 years
