Company Description

Provide legal advisory and ongoing training to Patrimo’s network of independent luxury real estate agents.
Draft, review, and oversee real estate contracts and legal instruments, including purchase and sale agreements, powers of attorney, trust agreements (fideicomisos), and notarizations.
Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities in real estate, registral, and notarial matters.
Implement internal processes for data privacy, transparency, and compliance.
Act as a trusted legal partner, offering premium client service aligned with Patrimo’s luxury positioning.
Law degree, licensed attorney in Mexico.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Public Notary’s office, specializing in real estate transactions and registry matters.
Demonstrated expertise in luxury real estate transactions is highly valued.
Full-time availability for project assignments.
Excellence in client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (Canva or similar).
Based in Mexico City or State of Mexico, with ability to work remotely (home office).
Monthly MXN 20,000 + performance bonuses (MXN monthly OTE 30 to 40K)
Initial project-based collaboration, with possibility of transitioning into a long-term role as Patrimo grows.
Work-from-home flexibility (CDMX / State of Mexico).
