Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory and ongoing training to Patrimo’s network of independent luxury real estate agents.
- Draft, review, and oversee real estate contracts and legal instruments, including purchase and sale agreements, powers of attorney, trust agreements (fideicomisos), and notarizations.
- Manage property regularization processes with administrative, cadastral, and registral authorities across Mexico.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities in real estate, registral, and notarial matters.
- Implement internal processes for data privacy, transparency, and compliance.
- Monitor and follow up on procedures before administrative authorities nationwide.
- Act as a trusted legal partner, offering premium client service aligned with Patrimo’s luxury positioning.
Qualifications
- Law degree, licensed attorney in Mexico.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Public Notary’s office, specializing in real estate transactions and registry matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury real estate transactions is highly valued.
- Full-time availability for project assignments.
- Strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client trust.
- Excellence in client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Team-oriented, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (Canva or similar).
- Based in Mexico City or State of Mexico, with ability to work remotely (home office).
