U.S.-Based Law Firm | Full-Time | ON-SITE ONLY We are a U.S. law firm expanding our Guadalajara team and are hiring a full-time Legal Assistant to work on site from our Guadalajara office. No prior legal experience is required — we provide complete training in U.S. legal procedures. ] Position Details Salary: $17,000 MXN net per month Schedule: Monday–Friday Location: Guadalajara (must live locally, near Chapultepec) What We Offer $17,000 MXN net monthly (after taxes) Full statutory benefits (IMSS, paid vacation, holidays, etc.) Paid training in U.S. legal processes Clear path for advancement (Senior assistant/paralegal growth track) Long-term stability with an established international firm Supportive, professional team environment Key Responsibilities Handle phone calls and written communication in English Prepare and edit documents using firm-provided templates Organize and maintain digital case files Track calendars, deadlines, and internal workflows Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written) Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Office, administrative, or professional work background Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Must reside in Guadalajara (near Chapultepec) Important: Applications must include a CV/resumé in English only.
