About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Recruiter with strong headhunting skills to manage full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles , primarily across sales, operations, and support . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys sourcing top talent, and takes ownership of the hiring process end to end.

What You’ll Do
Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offers
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and priorities
Manage job postings, pipelines, and candidate communication
Maintain and improve ATS workflows and recruiting processes
Deliver a strong candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
Continuously test and improve sourcing strategies and outreach messaging
Support onboarding and other people operations initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For
~2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
~ Strong experience with headhunting and proactive sourcing , especially on LinkedIn
~ Prior experience recruiting for US-based roles
~ Fluent English (written and spoken)
~ Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple roles
~ Experience using ATS platforms, Google Workspace, and Slack
~ Startup mindset with strong ownership and adaptability
