Sales Development Representative SDR

Now Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile) Contract Type: Long-term ~USD $830 – $1,250 monthly gross (based on experience) What You'll Do Research and identify potential leads in target international markets (including U.S., Mexico, Chile, and Argentina). Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in company solutions. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs and business challenges. Schedule meetings for the Global Sales Team and support pipeline growth with accurate CRM data. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to continuously optimize outreach strategies. Who We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in SaaS or Tech). Excellent verbal and written English (Spanish is a strong plus). Strong research, communication, and organizational skills. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Exposure to international markets or multicultural teams. High technical literacy and strong interest in IT and SaaS trends. Interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, or SaaS industries is a plus.
