Location: Mexico City – Chapultepec (Hybrid: at least 3 days per week in-office) Type: Full-time Reports to: Mexico Country Manager CRiskCo CRiskCo is a fast-growing fintech company transforming how financial institutions assess and manage SME credit risk. We use AI-driven analytics and SAT data to create powerful, real-time insights for banks, SOFOMs, and financial platforms across Mexico and LATAM. Our platform processes millions of transactions monthly, serving big brands clients. We're expanding our Mexico City team to support our clients and scale our operations using AI and automation. The Role We're looking for a Technical Support & AI Operations Specialist — a hands-on problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and customer success. You'll be responsible for providing first-tier technical support to our clients, ensuring fast and efficient handling of requests, and helping us build smarter internal processes with AI-powered tools. What You'll Do Monitor and manage the support queue — respond to incoming client requests, track their status, and ensure timely resolutions. Communicate with internal teams — provide updates to our support and operations teams regarding client application status and performance. Manage users and permissions — handle user accounts, authentication, and client-level access controls. Develop AI-based automations — use Vibe Coding and other no-code/AI tools to build small-scale applications that enhance team productivity and support efficiency. Document processes and learnings — maintain clear documentation of solutions, automations, and client configurations. Who You Are You have hands-on experience with SQL and basic database work. You have a technical background — experience supporting APIs, software systems, or SaaS platforms. You are curious and eager to learn, with a strong sense of independence and ownership. You have a genuine interest in AI, automation, and data-driven problem solving. Experience or familiarity with Vibe Coding, Make, n8n, Bubble, or other no-code tools is highly valuable. You enjoy improving workflows, experimenting with AI tools, and building solutions that make teams more efficient. BSC in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent degree is a must.
