Define and implement operational performance indicators (KPIs). Lead strategic projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and operational improvement. Manage continuous improvement, planning, performance metrics, and operations project teams. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced level of English. Leadership and change management.
