Business Development Director We are looking for a Business Development Director to help shape the growth of our renewable energy portfolio and drive strategic investment initiatives. General objective of the position Lead and execute investments in renewable energy projects, both in operation and under development, ensuring strategic alignment, financial robustness, and long-term value creation. Evaluate, prioritize, and integrate renewable energy projects (operational, greenfield, and brownfield), leading commercial negotiations, acquisitions, joint ventures, co-development, and services agreements. Lead licensing processes, coordinating internal and external teams (legal, ESG, operations, finance, and market development) to secure and maintain all permits, licenses, and authorizations. Engage with local, state, and federal authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and project continuity. Develop commercial structures for renewable energy projects, including private PPAs and auction mechanisms, collaborating with key market participants. Support and participate in financial closings, validating technical and legal documentation for banks, investors, and shareholders. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields · Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business development roles, preferably within renewable energy or infrastructure projects · Professional area: renewable energy or infrastructure projects · PVSyst Photovoltaic Power Plant Simulation Program, Autocad, Geographical Information Systems · Office · Advanced English Benefits above the legal requirements.
