We're Hiring: Maximo Technical Lead Location: Remote, Mx.
Are you passionate about enterprise asset management and ready to lead cutting-edge IBM Maximo projects? Join us as a Maximo Technical Lead and take ownership of designing, developing, and integrating solutions that power mission-critical operations.
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, mentor a talented team, and drive innovation in MAS environments. Lead Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
Architect system configurations: Domains, Database Config, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, Workflows.
Develop custom Java classes, BIRT reports, and automation scripts.
Ensure best practices in CI/CD, version control, and coding standards.
Support upgrades, data migrations, and deployments in MAS environments.
Strong experience with IBM Maximo (including MAS).
Proficiency in MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration.
Java development & BIRT reporting.
CI/CD, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Data migrations and upgrades.
Must Have: Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
~5+ years of IBM Maximo experience.
