Bilingual Call Center AgentLocation: On-site Position Overview We are looking for a 100% bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the United States, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone. The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in English on a daily basis, as all customer interactions will be conducted in English. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based customers in English. Provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints. Perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios. Ensure achievement of sales and service objectives. Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical service. Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree (required). Language Skills: Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory. This is a 100% bilingual position; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes. Experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery/sales platforms. Availability: Desired Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results. Ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment. Team player with strong organizational skills.
