We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Services Group Analyst Data Services Group Analyst Maintenance of key reference data team within the Clearing Operations team. Role encompasses both Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Over the Counter (OTC) products DSG provides a broad range of data management services to a wide ranging group of internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, DSG provides system access and configuration for a number of bespoke Clearing Systems (Futures Direct and DCS Client portals) The role requires the role holder to be conversant with upstream and downstream data flows and understand the inter-system dependencies to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting; to provide a point of liaison between operations and front office teams for query management. Strong communication skills are required as well as being agile and responsive at all times. Accuracy of process is critical as data errors have regulatory, financial and reputational risk. Execution & verification of set up of new Client On-boarding data in core and subsidiary systems Execution & verification of instrument Data set up and related system configuration globally Understanding and executing position and transaction reporting requirements of Regulators and Exchanges and applying in data set up and related system configuration and issue resolution Execution & verification of the maintenance of Client Post Trade portals – user enablement and permissions &client information distribution configuration Execution & verification of the maintenance of risk based data – such as margin, pricing data and interest Execution & verification of the general configuration and data mapping to facilitate trade and processing flows in core systems Strong controls awareness and ability to escalate Ability to exercise discretion, work independently within broad guidelines, tactfully handle sensitive and confidential data and complete assignments on timely basis Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
