Buscamos a alguien con una mente organizada, una comunicación impecable y pasión por el servicio. #para nuestros clientes, asegurando una atención personalizada y de calidad. administrativas, reportes y documentación. Elaborar reportes en Excel en los procesos para optimizar la experiencia del cliente. Representar los valores y la calidad de servicio que distinguen a Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Comunicación o afín. ~2+ años de experiencia en roles de atención a clientes corporativos, account management o customer success. ~ Experiencia servicios de RH Inglés avanzado (Microsoft Office , Excel (tablas dinámicas, reportes, análisis básico) . ~ CRM como Monday, ClickUp, o similares. ~ Persona organizada, empática y con excelente comunicación. ~ Si eres una persona y te gustaría ser parte de un equipo que valora la cercanía con el cliente tanto como el trabajo en equipo... #
