At PIA Automation Mexico, a global leader in industrial automation solutions, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support the rapid growth of our Monterrey site.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead full HR operations including recruitment, payroll, benefits, labor relations, training, and compliance.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational and organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, administrative, and management positions.
Oversee payroll accuracy, time & attendance, incidences, benefits administration, and legal compliance.
Handle labor relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and negotiations.
Support performance management, organizational development, and capability-building initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Corporate HR teams (Germany, China, USA).
Ensure compliance with SOX, internal audits, and corporate HR standards.
Requirements & Experience:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
~8+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
~ Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll, compensation & benefits, and labor relations.
~ Experience managing recruitment processes and HR administrative operations.
~ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
~ High sense of ownership, leadership, confidentiality, and adaptability.
~ Intermediate–advanced English.
