This role exists to generate value by serving well: opening and expanding industrial BPO services (Quality, Logistics, Recruitment & Staffing) through trusted industry relationships, while staying accountable for execution on-site. What success looks like You will be successful in this role if you can: - Open new industrial accounts through existing relationships with Quality, Logistics and Operations leaders Expand headcount and services inside active plants responsibly and sustainably Turn trust and credibility into signed MSAs and live operations Personally ensure that what is sold is properly executed and meets SLA expectations Growth is measured by value created, not by promises made. Key responsibilities - Monetize existing relationships in automotive and industrial plants Identify opportunities to scale Quality, Logistics and Staffing services Lead commercial conversations grounded in operational reality Stay close to execution to ensure service excellence after closing Act as a bridge between client needs and operational delivery This role is for you ONLY if you: - Have real, personal relationships with Quality, Logistics or Operations Managers Believe selling is an extension of good operations, not a separate function Are comfortable owning the full cycle: relationship → sale → delivery Enjoy growing accounts by serving better, not by overpromising Want to grow professionally while protecting the client, the team and the operation This role is NOT for you if: - You want a sales-only role disconnected from execution You prefer operating without commercial responsibility You have never monetized industry relationships You are uncomfortable discussing scope, pricing, margins or headcount What we offer - A mission-driven company focused on dignifying work and serving with excellence Strong variable compensation tied to real growth and delivered value Autonomy, trust and accountability The opportunity to grow industrial BPO services the right way Locations This role can be based in Saltillo, León, Querétaro or San Luis Potosí, with frequent interaction with industrial plants.
