We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Advisor passionate about headhunting for specialized positions and C-Suite profiles. You will be responsible for managing strategic negotiations and building solid relationships with clients across various industries. . What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 3 to 5 years in headhunting for specialized and C-Level positions. Languages: Advanced conversational English ( Mandatory ). Expertise: Previous experience in consulting (preferred), managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on project closing. Location: Must be based in Mexico City (CDMX). . Key Soft Skills Self-management and result-oriented mindset.
