Position Overview Responsible for acquiring the materials for manufacturing and shipping the final product, negotiating prices and shipping conditions, overseeing the process, and providing all the necessary material to meet customer demands. What you'll do Support end to end the collaboration of production programs and scheduling for the production floor Support on time material arrival including but not limited to material importation, unloading and receiving in SAP Facilitate Sales and Customer Requirements to ensure on time delivery including quotes, samples and special requests. Communicate order status with Customer Service Create reports on supply chain metrics Maintain a relationship with material planning to ensure fabrication planning meets target dates and can deliver products on time Review data on inventory levels to identify shortages and meet customer demand Issue purchase requisitions for supply chain department, including but not limited to office supplies Maintain existing Dashboards updated Monitor KPIs for Supply Chain. (Production Planning, Warehouse and Shipping) Coordinates priorities between Material Planning, Warehouse and Logistics Train and support other team members on supply chain procedures Running Changes process Monitor (BOM's, Obs, New PCN) Who you are 3 years of experience in similar positions. Minimum education: completed related degree. Ability to work under pressure. Ease of interacting with other departments. Personnel management. Analytical skills. Short, mid and long planning skills Certification in supply chain management or related field Familiar with international shipping and customs processes Strong project management skills Ability to read and interpret pick lists, BOMs, and work orders. English proficiency: 85% Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. SAP system. Understanding of production lines. Visual recognition of materials.
