**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**The MSC Specialist is responsible for managing the order book and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the supply chain services for Nike Retail Partners. This role coordinates actions to ensure the Delivery plan while driving mutual growth and profitability, maximizing services, and optimizing order book productivity.The MSC Specialist is responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure the delivery target and implementing process improvement solution.- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain and customer service.- Strong data analysis and communication skill.- Proficient in writing and speaking English.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management software.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**You will build the seasonal strategic delivery plan using order information and inbound flow on a weekly, monthly, and seasonally timeline.- Collaborate as a team with planning and Nike squads to build the seasonal forecast and landing on monthly/seasonal goals.- Ensure quality, timely and relevant information to monitor and improve performance KPIs to maximize service & drive business decisions with business partners and identify and provide initiatives that drive continuous process improvement through the integrated Supply Chain.- Provide directions to the Distribution Center to hit targets caring services and costs and conduct weekly and monthly meetings with Nike Squads and Customers, driving and improving operations KPIs relevant to stores such as launches, fill rate, and coverage.**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**You will report to the MSC Manager, while cross functionally working with our Nike Marketplace Partners such as Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Distribution Center.As a team, we will provide support and service to the Marketplace Partners.NIKE, Inc. asume el compromiso de constituir una fuerza laboral diversa.
