Learn more at Role Description We're looking for a creative and driven Content & Engagement Specialist to help shape how DQS connects with audiences across North America. DQS is a global organization, and in this role, you'll work closely with international colleagues—particularly our North American teams—contributing to campaigns and content that support a wide range of markets and industries. Based in Santa Fe, Mexico City, this full-time role provides strong collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. You'll bring ideas to life through compelling content and smart engagement strategies, from developing sales and marketing materials to running targeted email campaigns. You'll also have the chance to analyze what works, experiment with new approaches, and collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales, and business development. What You'll Do Create engaging, high-quality content for digital channels, sales materials, and campaigns. Manage and optimize communications across our North American platforms, including mass and grassroots email outreach. Drive audience engagement and support lead generation through thoughtful, data-informed campaigns. Research industry topics and audience needs, translating insights into clear, compelling messaging Analyze engagement and campaign performance to continuously improve results. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to align content and outreach efforts. What You Bring Strong content creation skills, including formal writing, creative storytelling, and experience using tools like Canva Hands-on experience with email outreach and engagement campaigns Familiarity with digital marketing and/or business development practices Strong research skills and the ability to turn complex information into effective messaging Experience with CMS, CRM, and graphic design tools is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Why Join DQS?
