This is a high-responsibility role at the intersection of strategy, brand, performance, and execution , with direct ownership over how marketing investments translate into growth. You will manage a large, multidisciplinary marketing team , spanning: Social Media & Community Paid Marketing Public Relations Photo, Video & Graphic Design Email Marketing Your mission is clear: build brand awareness, drive conversion, and maximize ROI . Every campaign, channel, and peso or dollar invested must be measurable, optimized, and tied to business impact across Mexico and the United States , in close collaboration with the U.S. team. This role is ideal for a strong project manager with a digital and creative mindset , who understands strategy formulation, funnels, KPIs, growth levers, and how to align teams around performance. Founded in Mexico, the brand has scaled through a digital-first, performance-driven approach , combining bold creative expression with rigorous execution and measurable results. Our marketing ecosystem spans social media, paid acquisition, email marketing, e-commerce, PR, and physical retail. At SARELLY, marketing is not a support function — it is a core growth engine . Every campaign, channel, and investment is expected to deliver impact, efficiency, and clear ROI. Operating across two markets requires strong strategic thinking, operational discipline, and teams capable of translating creativity into growth at scale. The Role You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy formulation, execution, and performance measurement , ensuring alignment between creative ambition and commercial results. You will be responsible for: Contributing to and shaping the marketing strategy across markets Structuring and prioritizing marketing initiatives and campaigns Managing and aligning large creative and performance teams Defining and tracking KPIs across the full funnel Measuring ROI and continuously optimizing spend This is not a purely strategic role — it requires hands-on leadership , strong analytical thinking, and operational rigor, while maintaining high creative standards. What You’ll Own Team Leadership & Project Management Lead and coordinate Social Media, Paid Marketing, PR, and Creative teams Act as the central point of alignment across all marketing functions Structure workflows, timelines, and priorities to ensure flawless execution Ensure teams are focused on business impact, not just output Strategy, Performance Marketing & Growth Contribute to marketing strategy formulation across awareness, acquisition, and retention Own the full marketing funnel: awareness → consideration → conversion → retention Define, track, and optimize KPIs across channels (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) Drive growth experimentation across paid, organic, and owned channels Work closely with e-commerce and sales teams to maximize revenue impact ROI & Budget Ownership (Core KPI) Own marketing budget allocation across Mexico and the U.S. Measure ROI on all major initiatives and campaigns Reallocate spend based on performance and learnings Build clear reporting to show how each peso or dollar invested drives growth Email Marketing & Owned Channels Oversee email marketing strategy, calendar, and performance Ensure alignment between email, campaigns, and commercial priorities Optimize open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue contribution Campaigns & Brand Execution Translate launches and brand moments into integrated marketing campaigns Balance awareness-building initiatives with conversion-driven executions Partner with PR and creative teams to maximize reach, desirability, and impact Data, Reporting & Insights Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance across channels and markets Share clear insights and recommendations with leadership Use data to inform decisions and strategy , not just report results About You Experience & Background 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing Experience managing multiple teams or functions simultaneously Strong understanding of digital marketing, Klaviyo, performance, and funnels Experience working across Mexico and/or U.S. markets is a strong plus Skills & Mindset Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical mindset with a clear ROI obsession Creative sensitivity paired with performance discipline Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and data Able to manage complexity and fast-paced environments Collaboration & Leadership Clear communicator and strong people manager Able to align creative, PR, and performance teams around shared objectives Proactive, ownership-driven, and solutions-oriented Languages Fluent in Spanish and English What We Offer Competitive base salary (senior but not director level) High-impact role with real ownership and visibility Fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment Exposure to two key markets: Mexico & U.S. Hybrid work model
